To be eligible for a return of item purchase through KB Laces the customer has 3 Days from the date of delivery to contact us by email kblaces@gmail.com to let us know any issues with the product. The item must be in the original package of the item the way it was purchased. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. The reason why an item is not eligible for a return includes: If the item has been previously worn and damaged or any issues found with the product from the date of inspection that is not listed for the reason for requesting a refund by the customer. If the item is not able to be returned the customer will be completely responsible for the shoes that were purchased. Once you have contacted us you will receive a return label from fedex, ups, and or usps for the shoes to be shipped back. Once the shoes have made it to the office they will be fully inspected before a refund is issued. If the return has been approved you will receive a email stating that your refund has been approved. If the shoes are not eligable for return you will receive a email as well as pictures of the item the way it was returned. Failure to return the item by the 3rd business day from delivery will result in forfeiting your full refund, there will be a 3% restock fee.
Once an order has already been placed the order can not be cancelled. Due to the order already beginning to process and get ready for shipping. If you decide to cancel an order you the customer are fully responsible for waiting on the shoes to be delivered and going through the refund process or you can resale the shoes to get a proper refund. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

All shoes that are listed on the site are 100% Authentic shoes are checked for quality for an order is shipped. As a authorized dealer we are priding ourself to gurantee that all items are authentic. Another way how you find out if a shoe is authentic when you receive your order check the UPC number. When you type the UPC number inside of the shoe which should be located on the size chart it will pull up the exact model of the shoe you have purchased.
